Days to Auburn Kickoff: 67 Tyler Carr

Only 67 days left in the Auburn football countdown!

Today, we honor a number sixty-seven that is currently on the roster. Tyler Carr is an upcoming Junior offensive lineman. He came to the plains in 2015 when he was redshirted, but was a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll, and played in ten games in the 2016 season as reserve offensive lineman.

Although, Carr hasn’t seen much action on the plains yet, his high school career proves that we have much to look forward to with his upcoming years!

Carr, a native of Southside, Alabama, was named the ASWA Alabama Class 6A Lineman of the Year, and Rivals listed him as the number four in state player. ESPN ranked him number eleven in Alabama, and among the top thirty offensive linemen. Scout listed him as the number two line prospect in Alabama, and as if that weren’t enough, to top it all off, he was able to be a part of the National Honor Society.

We’re excited to see what Tyler’s future on the plains holds!
